Refund & Cancellation Policy

We keep this simple. Your booking reserves an expert’s time. So we do not offer refunds. We do make rescheduling easy.

  1. 1) No refunds

    All payments for consultations, packages, and programs are final.

    We do not refund for change of mind, early exit from a program, missed sessions, or dissatisfaction.

    If there is a proven service deficiency under Indian consumer laws, we will review it.

  2. 2) Rescheduling

    You can reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.

    Rescheduling is subject to slot availability.

    Reschedule within your package validity.

  3. 3) Service delivery

    Sessions run online through secure video or offline at our clinic. Pricing varies based on that.

    Please use a stable internet connection and a working device.

  4. 4) Rare exceptions

    Refunds apply only when:

    • You were charged more than once due to a technical error.
    • We cannot deliver the booked service for reasons only on our side.
    • Not finding a preferred slot within three weeks is not a refund reason. You can still schedule within your plan’s validity.

    We process approved refunds within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
