1. 1) What we offer

   We provide personalised lactation consultations and programs.

   Sessions happen online or in the clinic (Pricing varies based on that). We use secure video or phone.

   Our guidance supports you. It does not replace your other doctor’s advice about other health issues.

2. 2) Payments

   All prices are in Indian Rupees and include taxes unless we say otherwise.

   Please pay in full to confirm your slot.

   We accept online payments through authorised gateways that follow Indian law and RBI rules.

3. 3) Refunds

   Our services are personalised and time-bound.

   All sales are final.

4. 4) Scheduling and rescheduling

   Appointments depend on slot availability.

   If your preferred slot is not available within three weeks, that does not qualify for a refund.

   You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your session, within your plan’s validity.

5. 5) Your part

   Please:

   • Share correct and complete information.
   • Use a stable internet connection and a working device for online sessions.
   • Join on time. Late arrival may reduce your session time.

6. 6) Limits of liability

   We are not responsible for delays or interruptions beyond our control. This includes internet issues, platform downtime, or emergencies.

   If something goes wrong, our maximum liability is the amount you paid for that specific service.

7. 7) Governing law and disputes

   These terms follow the laws of India.

   Courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh will handle any disputes.
